Vintage 60's-70's handmade psychedelic quilted skirt!

Vintage 60's-70's handmade psychedelic quilted skirt! I get lost in these colors. 😍 Skirt is in excellent condition. Does not have stretch. Waist is a solid band that closes by hook (there are two positions for fit) also features a metal Talon dress zipper. Last photo shows some dye transfer or ink on inside lining... there is a little bleed through on that area at the bottom of the skirt but because of the iridescence, bright colors, and loud pattern, you really can't notice it at all. Stunning piece. The material is shiny and smooth and reflects this color and pattern so well! I believe it is polyester with cotton blend quilt lining Measurements Waist- 25" hooked at max position Waist- 24" hooked at minimum Hips- best fit no larger than 42" Length- 36" All she's are final.
