Vintage 60s/70s blue dress

This dress is amazing! The color? The cut? (It’s not quite off the shoulders, but steering that way.) Only damage is to the tag, which is missing. Best guesstimate is that it’s 100% polyester or a polyester blend, size small. Pics of measurements above. Zipper closure, with a hook closure at the top.
