Vintage 60s/70s Wrap Dress!!

This vintage patterned dress is in amazing condition, no visible stains or signs of wear. It has an adorable black circle belt detail and little flared sleeves. I would keep this for myself but alas it does not fit:( Brand on tag: “California Charmer” by Charm of Hollywood (which is so perfect right?) Size: there’s no size tag, but the model in the photos is size 2/small. Please look at measurements! Measurements (laying flat): Bust: 15” Waist: 14.5” Hips: 17” Length (from waist to hem): 20”
