This is a BEAUTIFUL piece! Black velvet Maxi Skirt from the 60's-70's with hand sewn rhinestones on the bottom portion. There are no rubs or marks in the velvet, and the skirt is fully lined! As this is a vintage piece, there is no size label. I'm listing this as a medium due to the measurements, but PLEASE see the measurements below to confirm this will fit prior to purchasing.
