No tags on the interior except for a name tag for Elisabeth Bening, I believe it was handmade The overall dress is in good condition, but there are several small holes all over the top fabric on front & back (pictured) - there is a lining underneath though that is solid Such a fun and colorful print Estimate that it would fit a medium Measurements available upon request
