Vintage 60s/70s Handmade White & Silver Princess Maxi Dress

Vintage 60s/70s handmade princess dress. Has a white base with silver swirly print design. Has puffed sleeves and wide sweeping skirt. Please note there are a few spots stains throughout. The ones on the bottom of the skirt could be hemmed out. The dress is quite long. I'm 5'3 and there was fabric dragging on the bottom. Also, this is a handmade piece. The dress itself fits like a size 8 but the arm holes were very tight on me. I would suggest having the sleeves altered a bit for a more comfortable fit. Model is 5'3 size S/M (27in waist).
