Vintage 60’s/70’s Dress

Features dark brown velvet bodice, tassel detailing at the waist, gold accent skirt with cream skirt slip underneath, keyhole back opening, back zipper closure with two hook eye closure at the neck. No size or materials tag, possibly handmade. Would best fit size small, check measurements below. Notes: Back collar is a bit twisted. The underneath of each armpit and a few spots on the back of velvet bodice are a bit worn both shown in the lasts photos. Gold parts on skirt are fraying on a few of them as shown in the video.
