Vintage 60s mod polka dot dress

Adorable vintage baby blue polka dot dress by Arlene Andrews. Either late 1960s or early 1970s judging by the double knit polyester fabric, tag, and groovy mod style. Would be so perfect with a pair of gogo boots!
