Fully lined wrap skirt with deep overlap of 10 full inches which could easily allow for adjustment from current 25” waist Pockets hidden in front seams and has three 1” belt loops made in USA in 1960’s in a wool fabric similar to a fine man’s suit fabric condition is excellent for almost 60 years Measurements 25” waist before adjustments.
