Vintage 60’s huge collar cocktail pinup dress

Looooove the huge collar on this amazing 60’s dress! Handmade, snap front, zip on side appears to have been replaced with a modern zipper. Loose threads at top of zipper and at waistline (see photos). They look fine enough for now but will likely need mending at some point. Bust: 36” - 39”, waist: 29”, hips: free, length: 43”
