Vintage 60's dress

ILGWU tag label indicates it is vintage, this label means International Ladies Garment Workers Union, the formation of the ILGWU provided a platform for working class women to come together organize and advocate for better treatment and fair labor standards during a time of harsh working conditions , low wages, and long hours. This Adorable dress from the 60's has a zipper in the back comes with the original belt, the size is 18 1/2 , be mindful that sizes were small back then, I am not sure if it means teen size 18 but I am an adult size Medium and fits me well. Would look awesome with some white boots and even for Halloween ! the dress is like new !
