Vintage 60’s custom silk boatneck day dress xs

This dress is so beautiful... but flawed. It appears to be silk and has some stains. I’m sure professional dry cleaners could solve these issues. As I was leaving the estate sale with it, there was a bad rainstorm and the spots are from that. It seems custom made as well, the skirt is lined with a stiffening interfacing.
