Vintage 60s Taffeta Chiffon Puff Sleeve Maxi Dress Ruffles Pink Green Empire S

Flirty ruffles galore! V-neck surrounded by a ruffle collar Long sheer puff sleeves with ruffle cuffs gathered and banded empire waist and a long skirt to wisp as you walk. The body of the dress is solid and the overlay is a polyester chiffon with pink and green swirlies. I believe this is homemade as there are no tags or labels. I've included pics of it inside out to show you the construction. I guess this to be a size Small. Please use measurements for desired fit. Shoulders; seam to seam not including the puff of the sleeves: 12.5" Chest: 34 Waist: 26 Hips: 42 Length: 51" ***Please note there is a tiny blemish on the left arm.
