Vintage 60s Short Sleeve Light Blue Quilted Rose Print Blouse, Large

Vintage short sleeve blouse in baby blue with textured (almost like paint) rose detail on the front. The front has quilted stitch detail while the sleeves and back are a slightly semi-sheer. Buttons up the front with gold-toned buttons. There is a double row of buttons, but one of the rows is decorative. Contrast black trim. Peter Pan collar. Such an unusual piece that looks so cute on! There are some pink discoloration spots on the collar. Otherwise in good vintage condition Labeled size 40. I wear a size 12/Large and it fits me. Refer to measurements below to best determine fit.
