Vintage 60s Peachbloom Velour Emerald Velvet Hat

Vintage 60s Peachbloom Velour Green Velvet Hat. 7" inside diameter, marked "Medium" but since this is vintage, it's definitely small! In fact, might fit a larger child. Not sure what style hat this is. It has a stiff feel to the velvet and was previously lined with something that has mostly disintegrated inside the lining (definitely it has been used - but still looks good and keeps shape). Hat has a green grosgrain ribbon at back, and the original (sharp!) hat pin with a green tip. Lining shows slight wear, emerald green color is vivid all over outside. Great for a costume/film production, or period wear. Sorry I don't have any more info, this was a gift but not my style.
