Excellent preloved condtion. There are a couple pills on the back side but they're very hard to notice. No size or brand tags. Reminds me of a uniform in the 60s, May a stewardess. Measurements--all taken with item laying flat --The width from underarm to underarm,across the front, is 19. --The width at the waist area where the solid blue at the patterned fabric meet, at the lowest point is 16.5 inches. Measured across the front. --The length from the underarm seam down the side to the the bottom of the dress is 22 inches. --The sleeves are 9 inches long --The length from the bottom of the collar to the top of the sleeve is 4.5 inches.
