Originally part of a set in a box saying "Compliments of First National Bank of Belleville / Scott Base Facility." Likely commemorating Scott Air Force Base in Illinois. Made of smoke-colored glass in a classic roly poly shape, this piece is attributed to Federal Glass, known for their high-quality barware in the mid-century era.
