Vintage 60s GOGO style black mini dress

Maybe Y2K, the brand is expressions and has a very 60s style to it. Faux leather zips up the back very cute. Measurements in picture There is some minor overall wear to piece, but it’s in good condition. I could not find any flaws to note. Says size 14, but must be juniors sizing??? It’s definitely like an xs
