Vintage 1960’s Brooks Brothers red green and blue Tartan Plaid 100% Wool true Wrap Skirt with double buckle front closure. Pleating in rear. Fringe down length of skirt. Overall good confirm except a few holes to the front. I’ve put a piece of paper between this layer and the underneath layer to highlight the area but honestly without the holes it is not that noticeable. They are located at inch 17 and the 2nd at inch 18 of the skirts 32.5 entire length.
