Vintage 60s Billy The Kid pale blue pants

Vintage 60s Billy The Kid pale light blue pants trousers. Marked size 16 slim. I believe this is a youth/kids size. Best recommended for either a very small adult with smaller hips or for a child. The hips and thigh measurements are quite small. Please check measurements. I also have a pair of these in size 16 regular.
