Vintage 60s Anne Fogarty velvet cocktail dress

Vintage late 1960s Anne Fogarty dress. Black velvet cocktail dress with pockets at front. Fits like a size small. The front pockets have velvet band detail that is so pretty and delicate but had to truly capture in photos. The velvet is so soft. Lining is slightly faded but you cannot tell when worn. One of the interior pocket bags has a rip but not visible on exterior. No marks or stains. Great condition and lots of good times still to be had. Chest= 36” Waist= 29” Hips= 38” Length= 37 1/2”
