Vintage 60s 70s velour dress pumpkins burnt Orange small wide collar

Vintage 1960s or 1970s dress. Velour type fabric. Does not have size or care instruction tag. may be homemade. Please note there are some strings that will need clipped and the buttons at the neckline have been removed. You could probably find buttons to match just as are on the sleeves. Absolutely vintage. They just don’t make them like this anymore. Wide collar with Silk lining. Pit to pit measures 18 inches. Shoulder to shoulder measures 14 and three-quarter inches. Sleeves look to run tight. Please pay attention to measurements as there is no size tag. Sleeve length is 21 inches. Overall length is 31 1/2 inches. Could also be worn as a tunic or top. In excellent used condition for the time period.
