The belt is vinyl and not in as good shape as the dress but the belt loops on the dress are intact and the belt does fit the dress. There is a bit of a musty smell to the dress. Please look closely at eve measurements as there is no size tag. I’d say it would work best for XS/S but that is an ESTIMATE. Please look at measurements in pics to determine sizing for yourself.
