Vintage 60s 70s blouse in heather blue and white thick polyester fabric. Relaxed comfortable cut at shoulders. Wide pointy collar with notched v-neck. Scalloped white buttons are arranged in a doubled style. Short sleeves with a thick cuff. Floral flower pot embroidery decal on chest, needs ironed or extra stitches around edge to keep it laying down. Rounded hem at bottom. No stains or tears, great condition.
