Vintage 60's 70's Swiss Dot Womens Fitted Blazer

Really cool vintage womens blazer. The tags are extremely faded, All I can read is "machine wash warm". Cannot read brand, fabric or size. Fabric feels like a double knit polyester and the design resembles the Swiss dot pattern. Partially lined and faux pockets. Collar is a large peak collar that's about 4" wide.
