Vintage 60's 70's Homemade Dress, Lt. Blue White Dots

This is a Vintage 60's, 70's homemade dress, it is a light blue with small polka dots, long sleeved with elbow darts, it features a fitted waist and flare skirt, the neckline is a deep v, it is zippered in the back with 2 hook and eye closures.the material is a polyester blend. The condition is gently used, it has 1 small stain on the bottom of the front skirt, and the hem has come loose and needs to be resewn. this item does not have a size tag, I'm estimating it to be a size medium, but please refer to the measurements to check for fit Measurements pit to pit 17.5" waist 15" over all length from shoulder 38"
