Vintage 60s 70s Handmade Dress

Handmade, double-knit polyester dress with half-zipper. This A-line style has cap sleeves and a pointed collar. Has belt loops for a skinny belt, but has NO belt. Colors are white, black and gray. 13" shoulders, 17" armpit to armpit, 18" at approx hipline, 34" length from shoulder.
