A Bit of History
This suit came from the historic Middishade Clothing Factory once located in the Franklintown section of Philadelphia. I was then sold at Goldberg's Men's Shop in Cranford, NJ, owned by a Russian immigrant named Max. After his passing in 1951, his wife, Mary, took over until her passing led to the store's closing in 1977.
The red and white weave creates an interesting pattern which seems to move! This feature adds interest to a simple silhouette. There are a lot of ways to style this piece, with little need for accessorizing or bold colors.
Size provided is a guesstimate, so use measurements provided as your guide to a better fit:
Pit to Pit: 42"
Waist: 46"
Length: 30"
Sleeves: 21"
