Fun 60/70s era mini dress from the brand Hoot Owl. Beautiful burgundy color with long sleeves, back zip and fit and flate style. Cute decorative buttons adorn the front. Sweetheart neckline. No material tag, feels like double knit poly. Labeled size 7. When flat measures approximately 16” pit to pit, 13” waist, 14” from center back to waist, 32” center back to hem, and 21” from shoulder seam to bottom of sleeve.
