Vintage 50s A Topaz Original Pink Lace Dress

I found grandma's Easter dress. Pink lace with bow at waist. Top front is separate at waist to expose pink acetate. Fully lined in pink acetate. Zips up back. Hook missing eye at neck. Loops, no belt. Measurements flat: pit to pit 19", waist 15", shoulder to waist 16", shoulder to hem 43". Vintage size 18. Good vintage condition. Lace in overall good condition, a few loose threads at left pit. Left shoulder lining doesn't lay flat. See pics.
