Vintage 50s/60s Leslie Fay Shift Dress w/ Jacket

Iconic Leslie Fay shift dress w/ matching jacket. Top of dress is baby blue w/ a high collar & bow. Skirt of dress & jacket features a unique mod green & white diamond pattern. Jacket buttons down the front, has a large notched collar & flared waist. About a size 4. Measurements (flat): Dress: Breast: 18" Waist: 13" Bottom hem: 20" Length: 39.5" Shoulder to Shoulder: 14" Jacket sleeve length: 12" Dress has a couple rust colored spots, see final photo.
