Beautiful red velvet dress I think it’s hand made in good condition This dress would be beautiful so spin in! I believe this dress is from the 50’S and hand made by a local boutique seamstress it’s made of a thick sturdy velvet material Measurements are in the photos! I would say it’s a size small
