Beautiful olive Green color. Approximately 44" inches long and 8" wide. Name definitely has changed now. Perfect for chilly days or nights. Vintage 1950's Wool Winter Scarf/Brown County Association for "R-Word" Citizens. The term "mental r-word" officially began to be replaced with "intellectual disability" in the United States with the passage of Rosa's Law in October 2010. Great condition, no holes or stains, but has some normal wear and some piling. Rolled ends. Scarf can worn by of men and women, although created based on tag for men. The Brown County Association for R-word Citizens — back in the late 1950s. At that time, this terminology was commonly used and accepted.
