Vintage 1950s Blue Check Skirt w Attached Crinoline Elastic Waist 26-30" - Hey Viv * Special Feature: This full skirt has an attached net crinoline with a wide ruffle. * Material: skirt feels like cotton, crinoline underskirt is polka dot mesh, the bottom of the crinoline is finished with a band of blue check fabric. * Closure: slips on * Measurements: Elastic Waist: 26" to 30", Hips: Free", Length Waist to Hem: 26" This vintage item is in overall very good condition consistent with its age. One 1/4" by 1/8" spot on skirt. The white elastic at waist is supple and stretches. It's backed up by an inside elastic band where the cinnoline is attached.
