Vintage 50s Black Cotton Dress with Peplum Overskirt Black Shiny Buttons

Adorable little black dress with peplum overskirt has some great details on it. Fabric has a little bit of texture to it. Crinoline stitched inside by the waist to make a gathered peplum over the dress Black shiny buttons and patent leather belt. Bust up to 36 Waist 28 Length 42 Hips 37 Excellent condition, I think the buttons were moved over to make it a little bigger. The belt seems too big for the dress but I will include it.
