50s/ 60s black Peggy Wood house of half sizes Hawaiian mermaid style dress is a volup size! White and gold printed flowers . Smocked elastic is in good condition on shoulders, mermaid style ruffle at bottom. One tiny nick in fabric- I wouldn’t quite call it a hole- shown in last pic It’s been taken in an inch on each side front and back so it could potentially be 4” larger than measurements if taken out.
