Vintage 40’s Style Floral Blue Peplum Skirt Dress Size Medium

This fun & flirty dress has a 1940’s silhouette, but was made sometime in the 1960’s. Short puff sleeves accent a fitted bodice that opens to a full skirt with peplum flounce at the hip. It closes at the back with a discreet zipper and has an attached sash. The bust measures 34in. The waist is 28in. The hip is about 40in. There is a small bit of pink paint near the hem that is not much noticeable in the busy pattern of flowers and geometric shapes. The material is polyester.
