Exotic bird feathers were banned starting in 1941. After that, bird feathers were dyed. This could be an example of that •I spent hours researching to find this style hat, and I can't seem to pin it down exactly, so I think it's 40s - 50s. •Came from a lovely estate. Despite the flaws, it's still wonderful.
