I LOVED this vintage Express 3/4 sleeved top... it just doesn't fit me any longer. This is a size small (2-4, I believe). Wear it under a black blazer or wear it alone with either a cute or chunky necklace underneath. The fabric is shimmery, and it can be worn with a silver skirt, jeans or anything black or white or brown. Just. Plain. AWESOME!
