Vintage 30s/40s Cream Fine Cotton Batiste Baby Dress Philippines Handmade

Such a precious little vintage dress! Made of the most lovely and delicate fine cotton batiste fabric with pintuck details, delicate lace and and sweet little embroidery around the collar and down the front. Sweet little puff sleeves! There is no size tag, please see measurements in photos to determine best fit. Some age-related discoloration, and a few small stains, may come out with some more treatment. Otherwise, some minor use wear, no major flaws that I can find. Please see images for details. Hanger not included.
