Vintage 30s Hettrick American Field Gun Coat Waxed Canvas Jacket Shooting Jacket

Condition: pre-owned true vintage, heavily worn and used, but still with plenty of life left and in good usable condition. Flaws pictured, but include patina to outside of jacket and game pocket, distress to cuffs, pinholes (from pinned hunting licenses in back), scrape on button, distress to leather shoulder patches, etc. Jacket looks “dirty” as it has waxed canvas; washing the jacket removes the water repellant efficiency of the wax so the distress, dirt, and overall patina of the jacket are normal and characteristic of well worn waxed canvas jackets in general. Dated to 1930’s based on jacket characteristics and tag styles. Waxed canvas material with unlined interior. Unsure of when last time jacket was rewaxed. Features corduroy collar and cuff details. Leather shoulder patches. Genuine nut buttons. Flap style chest pocket. Two flap style waist hand pockets. Metal rivets in armpits for venting. Button cuffs.
