Vintage 3 tier western petticoat style skirt

So cute!! & flowing! This Skirt is so versatile...looks amazing with a pair of cowboy boots doing the 2 step or high heels. The 3 tiers make it very flowing and very sexy. Excellant Vintage condition, size on label. See photos for measurements. My waist was a 26". Belt is just to hold on mannequin so you can see how great it falls.
