Waist at seam flat is 15.5” Zipper length 21” Waist to hem 22” Pit to pit flat 17” Put to cuff 18” Cuff width flat 3.5” Top of zipper to hem 36” Open neck seam to seam of shoulders 11.5” Colors are a periwinkle background with aqua leaves and dark and light pink flowers hilighted with light periwinkle and off white.
