Beautiful blue going out top. Top is not form fitting, the back has an elastic top and straps are adjustable. Double line with a shiny blue solid lining and tule like upper layer. Beautiful flower embroidery gives this top an adorable touch. Very comfortable Makes you feel so pretty and cute! Definitely major Y2K, princess, fairy vibes.
