Vintage 20s Style Cotton Buttercup Yellow Dress Pleated Buttons Great Gatsby M

This is a cool dress that is originally from the 80s that I started to redesign to fit a more roaring 20s flapper Great Gatsby style. I removed the sleeves (see pics 10 and 12) and the front buttons that held 2 straps (see pics 15 and 16). I cut out part of the front of the dress and sewed the loose collar down to give it that classic 20s silhouette with a drop waist and collar. Please note I am not a professional seamstress and this can certainly be re done and upcycled into something new! The yellow is so gorgeous and cheerful and the cotton?? material is so nice for summer. Features a button up back and pleated skirt (skirt is fully lined).
