Vintage 2004 Sanrio Hello Kitty Expandable File Folder Office Organizer Y2K

This is one Hello Kitty expandable file folder. This file folder is in fair condition, it has been used in my household so it has some marks on the front, the elastic cord is stretched out and no longer works properly, I am pretty sure this part could be replaced. One side of the file folder the plastic is torn and there are some sticky marks inside (from papers and stickers). Some of the original labels for the tabs are missing. Overall this is still usable and is a rare find. Clean smoke free home.
