Vintage 2000s Two Piece Burgundy Evening Gown Dress 12

Gorgeous two piece evening dress. Top has a huge portrait collar and sheer mesh inserts on 3/4 sleeves with cuffs and red rhinestone belt accent. Skirt is mermaid style with mesh insert overlay. Both marked 12. No flaws noted. Burgundy color shifts to black sheen under the light.
