Vintage 2000 LEGO Mosaic 3443 Brand New Open Box Very Rare Legoland Exclusive

The set is open box with all legos still factory sealed. The box itself is in very good condition. This would have been a set sold at LEGO land where a picture you submitted to LEGO would have been used to configure the actual set design. Very rare set according to Brick Economy: 3443 LEGO Mosaic was a 2,427 piece Basic set released in 2000 and was a set to build mosaics pictures. More than 90% the pieces were 1x1 bricks in black gray and white. The set was mostly sold in the LEGOLAND Gift-shops and Lego Brand Stores. Today finding this set on secondary markets in new condition is all but impossible and used sets trade upwards of $1000 USD. The current value for a new and sealed LEGO Mosaic is estimated around $2,137 today with current average yearly gain of about 16.2% but will level off in the next year closer to a 9.1% annual growth making it a solid investment.
