Vintage 2 piece cocktail dress with long overskirt

I am a former antique/vintage clothing and jewelry dealer. Although I no longer have a retail space, this is an item from my personal collection. It is a 2 pc. cocktail dress. The olive green knee length dress has a 22" waist and an overskirt that goes to the ankles. The overskirt has a hook & eye closure that would need some care. I tried to take a close up photo so you could see it.
