Vintage 1999 Pokemon 23k gold-plated Togepi trading card from Burger King. The ball is in its original sealed plastic packaging, never opened. This is a limited edition that was launched back in 1999. Blue box. The outside box has wear & I currently have it in a thick plastic protector. This is a vintage collectible item.
